I realised that there MUST be a better way other than stressing my body, undereating, overtraining!
Instantly it became crystal clear to me how to lose weight without killing myself with cardio and eating just broccoli and chicken , because I promised I'd never have to stick to a silly diet ever again .
My plan was to SLOW down and start listening to my body.
So, I started changing the way I exercised. But it didn't stop there.
I then started changing the way I looked at food.
After that, I created my own system, teaching women how to take control of their bodies.
In the end, I was able to get much, much better results without feeling deprived.
I tested it out on my clients and guess what.... they also got awesome results and actually enjoyed the process.
